Preparation:

Melt the chocolate with the cocoa butter (at 32°C), then add to the Praline Paste and blend thoroughly. Add the finely crushed crispy flakes at the end. Use to fill  milk chocolate truffle shells – BARBARA DECOR (code 1031) and coat the truffles with the Milk Chocolate 34% - BARIMA ARTISANAL (code CHL35XXC3).
