Alfajores
Ingredients:
270 gButter
270 gSugar
40 gHoney
10 gConcentrated vanilla paste
2Eggs
330 gPlain flour
120 gPotato starch
60 gAlmond flour
2 gBaking soda
3 gBaking powder
10 gOrange zest
400 gButterscotch (Kaymak)
Preparation:

Whisk the butter with sugar. Add the eggs and honey and whisk until creamy consistency is obtained. Then add all dry ingredients and vanilla paste. Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking parchment and freeze. Cut out the discs of the dough and bake them at 180ᴼ for 8 minutes. When baked, layer them with a butterscotch.

Ingredients:
50 gBarima Artisanal Cocoa butter (code 2371)
400 gBarima Artisanal Economic Dark chocolate 50% (code 332576)
or
400 gBarima Artisanal Economic Milk chocolate 31% (code 332573)
or
400 gBarima Artisanal Economic White chocolate 24% (code 332570)
Preparation:

Melt the chocolate together with cocoa butter and coat the cooled Alfajores with it.
