Love dessert on a plate

The Valentine’s Day plated dessert. Constructed with strawberry sorbet, macaroons, mini-monoportions of chocolate mousse covered with fuchsia velly spray and strawberry gel. To add some Valentine’s Day flair, there are also chocolate decorations – I Love You Heart and Kiss.
