ICE-CREAM
Ingredients:
180 gSkimmed milk powder
2350 gMilk 3.2% fat
550 gSugar
150 gDextrose
220 gEgg yolks
550 gCream 36% fat
450 gRoasted Hazelnut Paste 100% Barima Artisanal (code 3310)
Preparation:
Mix together all the ingredients, heat up to 82°C, stirring constantly. Cool it down. Pour into a freezing machine and freeze until ice cream is obtained.
