RASPBERRY SHORT PASTRY
Mix all ingredients together until homogeneous texture. Roll out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut out a round shape. Bake in a silicone mould at 160°C for 12 - 15 minutes
RASPBERRY HIBISCUS JELLY
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Leave to set, then mix with hand blender. Put into a silicone mould and freeze.
CHEESECAKE MOUSSE
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Leave to set, then mix with hand blender. Put into a silicone mould and freeze.
